​≪Location≫
It is a quiet place surrounded by trees typical of Karuizawa, located in a rental accommodation area. It is a popular villa area close to Naka Karuizawa, and is a convenient location suitable for a second home or for relocation.


≪Concept≫
We planned a house with an impressive exterior, consisting of a gently sloping roof and the lines of a shed, in a rental lodging area where you can feel the atmosphere of a villa area. By applying a lattice to part of the wooden exterior wall, soft light leaks through the lattice at night, creating a wonderful accent. In addition, the wall pillars are decorated with stone-style tiles, giving the exterior a sense of solidity as well as the warmth of wood.
